This show is very well written and the subject matter is handled well. The acting is quite fantastic and I liked how the story within a story was told. Both performers did a phenomenal job as did the director. Do not miss the opportunity to see this fantastic piece of theatre at this year’s fringe!... full review

This play has made me reflect deeply on my life, and the lengths i’m willing to go to in order to protect my peace and create a better/safer environment for myself. I’ve never been to a play before and i was captivated the entire duration. ... full review

Every Day She Rose is an absolute tour de force that left me in awe from start to finish. As a black female audience member, I was immediately drawn to the powerful portrayal of the black female character, Cathy-Ann. The skillful acting brought her to life in a way that made me feel seen and understood on a deeply personal level. The seamless transitions between the actors portraying both the writers and the subject matter were nothing short of remarkable, adding an extra layer of complexity to the narrative.... full review

This play was concise and thought provoking. Dealing with relevant issues in todays world made the play seem almost timeless yet modern at the same time. The ripping of band aids between friendships facing their own prejudices was raw and compelling. It gave us a perspective that I think many of us are too afraid to face ourselves. With its insight of nuances on race and queerness along with its comedy makes this play a must see for your heart and for your soul. ... full review

This play about two roommates from very different backgrounds provides insight into both the LGBQT and Black perspectives on our society and how both deal with fitting in. Very insightful character development as we learn about their personal histories that have influenced how they deal with each other. ... full review
