What I liked

My favorite act was when the characters got high. You would think that scenario has been there, done that, but the nuanced performances and the subtle progression of their conversation was really interesting. The boomers in the audience learned a thing or two while at the same time the millennials got schooled. Ha! That’s a delicate balance to achieve.

What I didn't like

What’s with the play title? Don’t get it. Don’t like it. Maybe the playwright came up with the title first, then developed it into a completely different play? Dunno. Maybe it’s just me…

My overall impression

Ooo, this is a good one folks! I thought it might be a bit ghoulish in subject matter, maybe I wasn’t in the mood for that. But no, it was clever, charming, insightful and thought provoking. All that but also funny banter and some good ol’ belly laughs thrown in there too. The performances were first rate quality (it’s a two women play), the dialogue sharp and witty. Definitely put this one on your fringe list to be sure to catch. You won’t be disappointed!
