What I liked
I liked her energy. I liked the way she was conformable enough to joke with the audience and break the fourth wall when needed. A bundle of joy.
A very clever way of creating a one woman show. The use of props was so clever and getting the audience involved with the props was simply delightful!
What I didn't like
I think the location of the venue could have been better. I couldn’t find the venue easily and parking was terrible in that area. I was lucky I didn’t get a ticket. I think this show needs to be at a venue that has better parking and is easier to find. The show was fantastic and I hope more people will go out and watch it. June 24th 2023 at 10.15pm is the last show.
My overall impression
A truly spectacular one woman show. I was impressed by Sarah’ Carroll’s character choices, she brought Cherry to life. I loved the innocence of Cherry and laughed at her choices but also felt deep empathy for her journey and really wanted her to fulfill her dream. It was a magical show. Brilliant , quirky, cute and fun is how I will remember this show. Sarah Carroll is one to watch as this show was simply a breath of fresh air and a great start to the festival. I know that Sarah is one to watch. I am glad I got to see her now.
