What I liked

The funny enthusiasm that Taylor and Julian had throughout a one act play that carried the momentum and kept things interesting. Also, Brett Morachniks funny scene stealing.

What I didn't like

Some aspects of the relationship didn’t seem plausible. If it seemed more realistic the audience could relate even more to their situation. Like how she was bald and he was a tuba star musician when they met, maybe she just died her hair pink and was an activst, maybe he was the captain of the political debate team, with a conservative person of color bent (not too plausible, but a sign that the relationship was doomed from the beginning). Or maybe, she’s a pink haired vegan and he’s the high school’s hot dog eating champion. Also that Taylor was with Julian for 5 years, even though everything he said made her cringe? Maybe expressing that at first she thought it was cute and charming, but then it seemed clingy and immature.
Just some ideas. I’m actually happy for everyone involved with the show, because it was a lot of fun, and I’m glad I saw the play. I wish you all the very best, and much success with your careers in the future!

My overall impression

I really enjoyed this play. It was funny and fun, and the actors did an amazing job of keeping the story moving along in a long sequence without an intermission, in a way that kept me interested in how it would turn out.
