What I liked

With all live shows there will be a hiccup here and there, but when the actors perform in a way that keeps you watching, barely blinking, on edge of your seat, and waiting to see or hear what happens next, it doesn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the show.

The stage is bare with very little props, but the audience still felt engaged like they were seeing what isn’t present to the eye. That’s not easy to do! In each scene I was able to truly visualize it. The attention to detail even when one scene was quiet was noticed. The fact that their voices filled the room just enough to hear it, to feel it, but not be overwhelming is a talent.

The actors have a real passion for storytelling, and I saw that in each one of them. EVERY single one of them. The energy, the sadness, the anger, the humor, all rolled into one. It was enjoyable to watch. I would highly recommend it to my friends, and anybody who likes a good live show.

What I didn't like

As I stated before, every show has the occasional hiccup here and there and this was no exception. But when the actors fully commit and the script is well written any other issue gets washed away.

I had a lovely time. The actors were all incredible. I would go see this again. The message was such an important one to tell. And I love a show that not only has a powerful message, but also has good storytelling that leaves you satisfied.

My overall impression

I love theatre and have been attending shows since I was a child. Have a passion and love of theatre, and a really good story, which this show provided me with.

I was in awe of the talent on stage, their presence and the actual subject matter of the show. The passion behind the actors was incredible; I felt like I was there in battle watching it unfold. You could actually see it and feel it. We need more shows like this. Real, raw, and truthful! You go through an emotional roller coaster while watching this show. The actors are committed to the premise of the show, which is a both a thrill and an adventure. I loved how that feels. And this is why I enjoyed, We Got Your Six.
