What I liked

Farley was able to wring moments of humor any moment he wanted. His ability to make us laugh at minute behavior (i.e. sweeping the floor) and especially moments of silence is a rare gift and a joy to watch.

What I didn't like

I actually only wish it was longer.

My overall impression

This was a very creative, important and funny show. Ian Farley is a supremely talented comedic performer who also manages to relay a message of forgotten black soldiers that should be told. Farley found ways to tell his story through the use of numerous props, puppets, and sheer comic talent. He takes us on a journey with his story and makes forgotten heroes known (as the title suggests) but also lets everyone know who he is, a special talent that should be seen, heard and enjoyed.
