What I liked
Everything. Roni, Nico, lights, sound, the props, the costume, the writing, the giggles, the vibes, I loved this show from top to bottom. Had an amazing experience and ended up going home with another audience member that night. M.A.D.D About The Boy will get you laid baby!! A must-see.
What I didn't like
I’m just M.A.D.D for her that the boy never showed up. I think this show needs an encore so he can see it <3
My overall impression
WOW wow wow. I had an absolute HOOT and a half at this show. Roni provided an unforgettable experience and an amazing show start to finish. It’s truly a must-see and will leave you wondering how the hell she does it all. I laughed to the point of tears and genuinely slapped my knee at one point. Roni is a powerhouse, an icon, and you have to see her do her thing. ALSO cannot forget the iconic Nico Fife with his amazing job co-directing and co-writing on the show. I went into this show with high expectations after having seen many amazing shows of Nico’s (side note – Nico directed the best performance of Next to Normal I’ve ever seen) and Roni’s (iconic collegiate improvisor and star of Dog Sees God) but then they exceeded everything I thought it could be and more. I’m in love with this duo and you will be too. Go see this show.
