What I liked
The show is enthralling beginning to end and Kearney captures the audience in rapt attention over 60 minutes. I felt absolutely transported to a past time. It’s almost like you are attending a 19th Century political rally or town hall meeting as Ingersoll engages and speaks directly to the audience. There is no 4th wall in this show, which I love.
Another fun twist – everyone received a free book! I chose The Americans: The Democratic Experience by Daniel J. Boorstin. I definitely left the show inspired and excited to delve further into the history of America.

My overall impression
An absolutely wonderful and immservice performance by Ernest Kearney. He indeed captures the spirit and essence of this fascinating political, historical figure and orator, Robert Ingersoll.
