What I liked
Use of the props and the actor’s physical gestures helped create a more realistic view of the times, rather than trying to imagine it. Also, the actor’s speech was very clear and understandable even with a Scottish accent (I usually use subtitles when watching movies/tv).
What I didn't like
Maybe adding some music/audio/lighting effects would give more dramatic effect to the show, otherwise, the show was great!
My overall impression
Enjoyed the show from beginning to end, even with the demonstrating the special leather tanning technique and gruesome details! Usually not a big fan of war stories, but this was very engaging and impressive for a one-man act!
