What I liked

The Acting: Each part well cast and well performed. This is one of those rare productions where the leads and the supporting characters each shine in their own right.

The choreo: fight scenes are hard enough. Fight scenes involving most of the cast are even harder. Fight scenes that somehow incorporate different tactics seamlessly are inspiring.

The production: making ritual sacrifice and summoning the gods on a stage is a lofty enterprise. This production pulls the viewer in with an almost child-like wonder.

What I didn't like

I thought some of the battles could be shortened. It hurts to write that, because each battle was also a dance of sorts, and the level of precision and execution is admirable.

My overall impression

What an awesome production from a delightful and moving cast and writer/director! Impressive in multiple aspects: the writing, the production, the choreography, the acting…Boudicca shows off the talent and devotion of everyone involved. This play is a classical tragedy presented like an action movie.
