The music in the show was used to excellent effect. Personal in the way only the best art is, such that the performer on stage is not “acting” (and neither is the audience).
What I didn't like
Watched via livestream, so my biggest critiques were technical in nature: quality of the audio, camera angles (while being appreciative of multiple camera setups), and being able to see projected media via the camera lens.
As for the production itself: would have loved to see the two-person version.
My overall impression
Incredibly intimate, soul wrenching. Moving forward defiantly in order to move on. Laughing and crying in roughly equal proportion. A loving tribute to those lost and to our future selves.
