HOLLYWOOD FRINGE FESTIVAL PREMIERES “THE ORIGINAL ENGLISH” AND “MURDERFUCK”

Flyover Theater in partnership with Studio C will debut a night of comedy whiplash at the Hollywood Fringe Festival June 9th-30th. First, “The Original English” will make you laugh and contemplate; then, “Murderfuck” will jerk you violently toward a whole other dark abyss of laughter.
In “The Original English,” an American writer discovers that his latest book has become a smash hit in Italy—but not for the reason he expected. Writer and director Thomas Dolan-Gavitt says, “This play brings together a lot of my lifelong passions: Italian, writing, translation and…wait, the play is Sunday? THIS Sunday? All right, I have to call you back.”
