Hell’s Kitty was fun, absurd, and very well done. I had a blast watching it and highly recommend seeing it.... full review

A funny, wacky, over the top send up of horror movies, love stories, and our personal relationships with our pets. The cast is largely great, some with bigger personalities than singing voices, but there are standout songs and performances. While the plot is occasionally hard to follow and things happen without set up, that's all part of the random fun which continues throughout and happens so fast it doesn't much matter. It all makes sense in the end, has some great twists, and it's an entertaining show to see for any cat lover... or hater. ... full review

Superfun musical! I once had a cat that was like this one: the most loving cat I ever had, but it scared off my housemates so much that they had to ask me to get it out of their rooms when she was in there, as she wouldn't allow them to get near her. The tone includes elements of camp, horror, comedy, and real pathos. ... full review

A fun romp of a musical! ... I've seen the HELL'S KITTY movie this play is based on and the play follows it pretty closely - even expands on it a bit. The audience had a great time! Fun to see if you're a cat lover, a horror movie lover, or a lover of musical theater.... full review

Fun musical with nice theatrical touches in places, some unfortunate unnecessary crass humour in others. It would benefit from tightening up and trimming 30 minutes off of it. ... full review

This show was a delightful romp. It wasn’t until walking out of the theatre that I realized my cheeks hurt from smiling so much. The writer did a great job exploring what could have been a one-note topic. Instead, the story actually builds and the mystery unfolds, and as an audience member, you can’t help but to be sucked in. A huge reason for this is because of the amazing performances of the cast. They say that a production is only as good as its weakest cast member. Well, Hell’s Kitty is in luck, because there are no weak members. From the lead to the supporting cast all the way down to the chorus, the actors are so enjoyable to watch and so full of energy that their joy is contagious. It was an honor to participate as an audience member.... full review

Recently, I drove 400 miles to see what I believe could easily be a mini version of a Broadway musical. I was not disappointed and stayed a second night to watch it again. The author, Nicholas Tana, caught the essence of Angel the cat lamenting she had no voice to express her feelings to Nick her keeper. The cast performed magnificently with singing ,acting and choreography .If you want to see a great musical ,Hell’s Kitty is a must. Its last showing is this coming weekend. ... full review

The show was very campy and dark, and will probably be enjoyed by a much younger demographic. It also seemed like the cast was not quite up to the challenge, as their were serious vocal issues. The one shinning star was the over-the-top performance of Maeve Thompson Osgood as Lisa Graves. Although not a total bomb, it could use some additional rehearsal time and maybe some recasting before going forward. i truly see the potential in the show, but felt it was not nearly as strong as NMI‘s other entry, The Bully Problem.... full review
