What I liked

Every single actor brought their A-game to this show. Dave Crossland is especially great in this, playing the thin line between comedy and drama perfectly. The vision of this play was directed very well. I enjoyed the movement of the characters and each scene felt like it could stand on its own. The writing was brilliant on its own, and what makes this show worth seeing is that you are having fun the entire time. Sometimes with other shows there are gaps where they lose you but this doesn’t happen with Treason.

What I didn't like

The character of Candice felt a little bit flatter when compared to the other characters. It wasn’t due to the performance but I felt like she wasn’t constructed as much as the others. For the actual show itself I think that they achieved everything they wanted to do.

My overall impression

Treason is an engaging hour of family drama that keeps its vision straight through to the end. There was a lot to take away from this show- the acting and writing worked incredibly well together to create a fantastic story.
