Funny. Poignant. Current. "White People Drinking" feels like a contemporary "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf", perhaps with a splash of "Get Out."... full review

The show is like a discourse/examination on societies' growing sense of ennui juxtaposed with the vagaries of a constantly evolving search for truth, wisdom and reality amidst the backdrop of a social gathering meant to exposed the very foibles of its inherent superficiality.... full review

A great show that takes all of the topics and thoughts you wish you could say and puts them right in front of your face to their natural and ugly conclusion. Great acting, great writing, quick back and forth. Highly recommend it.... full review

I really loved this show! Yes, it’s controversial subject matter, but I’m my humble opinion, that is what theater is for! It pushes the boundaries! The creators and cast took an admirable risk! YES. I think we need more of that! The writing is fantastic! The acting wonderful! The palpable tension and emotion in the theater throughout the show made it an experience I’ll remember and talk about for a long time. Thank you for creating this show! I’d really encourage the writer/creators of this show to submit this script for potential future productions.... full review

All the topical taboo scenarios we fear on a silver platter are brought to light in fits of wit and whimsy, often so fast that you may feel your head is spinning trying to catch all the sarcasm as it flies past your ears. Imagine sitting down to dinner with friends, enjoying a few drinks and then really saying what is on your mind including secrets, opinions, and unfiltered drunk words. Would your friendships survive? Sugimoto’s philosophical, full tilt, façade-filled commentary leaves... full review
