What I liked

I loved the concept of the play; the characters being author’s different personalities/emotions during a specific era of her life.
The twists are also very pertinent as when one thinks those women have finally broken the chains of psychological oppression, another greater challenge arises to potentially bring them down forever but… no, they come back with more resilience and strength ultimately reflecting the character and charisma of Arab Women. Beautiful show, nicely written, directed and executed… a Master Piece in my humble opinion. Bravo!

What I didn't like

This isn’t “What I didn’t like”, rather a modest suggestion: Bringing more balance to the show through the character of the father perhaps, by showing why he is overprotective of his daughter and the cultural/social reasons that motivate his behavior towards her. Once again, huge congrats for this timely work that I highly recommend watching. Bravo!

My overall impression

This is a great show with so many nuances not only about Arab Women, but also about the human condition today. Ms Wahbe has a great ensemble cast that performs beautifully as a group to express very complex ideas and concepts. A big Bravo to all!
