What I liked
All the performers generated terrific energy and managed even with an often packed stage.
What I didn't like
Recommend even to those who don’t like musicals (of whom I count myself a member). And I would say this even if I hadn’t won the cosplay contest. (Thanks, audience members!)
My overall impression
An acknowledged nerd, I am always concerned that such treatment would descend to mockery and condescension. Not so with with show. Witty musical numbers, great energy from the actors, nice twists to add a little salt to the sweet.
