Susan Tierney is magnetic! Her combination of fascinating stories, edgy physical staging (though remarkably simple) and dead-pan delivery is absolutely captivating. This 45-minute account of various tales of 'falling' (not least falling down an elevator shaft, and seeing bodies falling from the Twin Towers) is simultaneously shocking and alluring. The audience were literally on the edge of their seats, as her style really is to draw you in and leave you hanging...or falling...or flying. I hope to catch this piece again, as I can only imagine that it grows more and more captivating each time you see it. A great performer. A powerful writer. This show is a MUST SEE!...

this woman is no joke. she's riveting, haunting, and definitely proves the fact that less is more. Susan can say so much with just one little tweak in her movement, and it's fascinating to watch, not to mention, listen to! I know her run is over for the fringe, but I just have to say, this woman is the real deal. Her voice unique. Her style engaging. She's really something to see. And if you missed her this year, I hope you catch her in a theatre soon. She's someone to learn from!...

The story of falling down the elevator shaft is told so elequently, it seems like a dance! And the other stories she shares of falling, from her father's death to watching the bodies fall off the Twin Towers are captivating. It's always great when you leave the theater and are wanting more. Susan's language, and delivery is part beat poet, part prima ballerina, and always witty. So I say, more Susan Tierney!...

This show was amazing! Susan is riveting to watch. She gently weaves you down these paths toward each story's jolting yet weirdly beautiful and horrible conclusion. Where you start and where you "land" are so far apart and yet of course you had to end up there. The images she describes are haunting and beautiful. The situations stark and surprising. Really a lovely, special show. Bravo Susan!!...
