My overall impression

this was such a well done piece. well written, well acted, simple staging, yes, but a whole world flowed. honestly, i find it fascinating when someone else does a
‘solo show’ from someone else’s words, but this monologue was expertly written and expertly played, and I sat in the theatre riveted the entire time. The subject matter (let’s just say anything army, air force, navy, marines… or coast guard in this case) is way beyond my scope, however, I understood, and I was so glad I did. Vivid, real, transportive… and just happy I knew where to spend an hour of my time.
