Will Play For Food apparently only wants to make good theatre. Three really nice performances, and very clear and seamless direction make this one definitely worth checking out. Producers Scott Marden and Dana Leigh Lyman are always going to give you something good and interesting to watch, so if you see their names attached to anything, go see it.... full review

Great actors in a well directed piece. Director Scott Marden proves once again he knows how to get great stuff out of his actors. The play is written in a difficult tone, light and kooky at times, but with some very extreme turning points. I think this incongruity hindered both dynamics, so we never experienced raw dramatic tension and danger, but we also weren't certain of the joke enough to comfortably laugh at the wild circumstance. Still, with a brisk pace, a charming cast, and plenty of big moments, the play succeeds as entertainment. It one that is not to be missed.... full review

This show was a ton of fun and had a quick pace, witty dialogue, and performers who were giving it their all the entire time. It was not afraid to go dark, and even downright cruel, while still maintaining its comedic integrity. There were a number of laugh-out loud moments. There was one plot turn that was quite a leap, and I wish there had been a bit more set-up for it. But it tied into the rest of the story as opposed to being a one-off thing, so in the end it all connected wonderfully.... full review

UM...hello. The most relevant show I've seen in a long time. And well done. I sat on the edge of my seat the entire time laughing and so enraptured in the story that I spilled wine all over my white skirt. That's right. That's what this show does to you. Well written, great acting, and direction. Kudos to Will Play For Food for yet another successful feat. Go see this show ASAP. Also, I did get the wine out of my skirt. Double win.... full review
