This was a really fun premise and the story was, for the most part, pretty solid, and lived up to what it set out to be. On the other hand the direction was really scattered and I spent a large portion of the show trying to figure out why they had good actors acting badly, to fit the genre, paired with just plain bad actors with seemingly no direction. With some tightening and more rehearsals, this show could have eight legs. ...

It's not Shakespeare. It IS bad--but in a deliberate, fun, Ed Wood-esque way. At the same time, you also find yourself genuinely wondering what in the world is behind everything as it goes along, so it does achieve that level as well.
I've seen some really good, earnest, thought-provoking pieces in the Fringe this year. Think of this as a palate cleanser for in between them--a chance to just shut your brain off and just enjoy some big, cheesy fun based on old bad horror flicks!...

A wonderful spoof of old 50s horror films, with lots of funny twists. I would love to see a full-on production, so that the feel could be complimented with sets, costumes and props that enhance that old, campy-horror film look. But as it was , it was still plenty fun and funny, with winks at all the old horror-film cliches and an energetic cast. Imagine a full-length Carol Burnett Show spoof--its THAT funny....
