An absolutely brilliant story performed with such passion. The talent level of Cyanne is through the roof! From the very second it started to the very moment it ended, I was completely consumed with emotion and couldn't take my eyes off of what was happening. The levels of emotion range from one end of the spectrum to the other. I would love to see this show continue on and be seen by the thousands of people it deserves to be seen by. Great job by the production as well. Everything was on point and not a single slip up. All around amazing show and I urge everyone to see it if they ever get the chance! -DeRick Waker... full review

Well damn, Cyanne is one talented little lady. Her first (and definitely not the last, I hope) solo show at this year's fringe proved to be extremely worthy and dealt with heavy subject matter.. She truly showed off her abilities and range gracefully slipping in and out between each character and story. Geezus, it was amazing to see her flip between a 5 year old the back to herself and snap right into Sir Laurence within seconds of each other. This show was EXTREMELY well rehearsed and directed. Every nuanced line of dialogue and movement had purpose, a joy to watch. Can't wait to see what she brings out next year. ... full review

I thought this show was absolutely wonderful. Cyanne did a terrific job of bringing her personal journey to both dramatic and comedic heights, at times making this audience member want to laugh and cry at the same time. She played numerous characters with delightful quirks and impersonations, and when the 'curtain' came down, I felt like I'd been on the journey with her. on this emotional roller coaster ride. Wonderful show!... full review

One of the best one woman shows I've seen!! This show has everything - heart, soul, and comedy! Cyanne's creation and brilliant execution of a multitude of characters really allowed me to connect with the story and with Amy, the woman whose journey to Heaven's waiting room kept me on the edge of my seat. I laughed, I cried, and most importantly, I never felt more inspired to be alive. "I Died...I Came Back...Whatever" is a show I would see again and again!! ... full review

Great balls of fire! Cyanne Martin breathes life into all her many characters from the past and the almost afterlife while trying to decide whether her time here has ended. Its quite a ride as she meets old friends and icons along the way to self discovery. Thanks for taking us along. ... full review

Cyanne gives an ethereal performance Dead and Alive!! This one-woman show is literally Heaven as Cyanne seamlessly floats in and out of 12 different characters ~ Mind-blowing, heart-wrenching (again, literally), and a whole lotta fun!!... full review

'Fearless imp' is certainly Cyanne. This is a kind of 'dream-play' steeped in autobiography that left me with many questions about what it is to die and to come back, and certainly not 'whatever'. My favorite moment is when she watches her wedding video and realizes she'll marry at 'hottie' if she comes back to life! Certainly Cyanne and husband-producer Matthew make an indomitable team, and have been great presences during this Fringe. ... full review

The concept of this piece was great.... And doing a one woman show is incredibly difficult! Kudos to Cyanne for taking on the challenge! The opening was creative: dramatic with the gurney and lighting and diving into the storyline. However somewhere in the middle I was lost with all the characters and they seemed to somehow mesh together....... I would have loved to see more exploration on the heart transplant.... Next to doing a one woman show....Getting a human heart from another human being has to be one of the most traumatic experiences in a persons life..... . And I loved the video montage in the end. ... full review

Wonderful story, full of heart. What could have easily veered into the cliched "I was almost a star" show that cynics fear at fringe festivals was instead refreshing, honest and heartfelt. It will be interesting to see how the show develops throughout the run, Cyanne is clearly a talented performer but as the writer she set up quite the challenge for herself. Some of the characters got lost, and the transitions between the characters were occasionally muddy. As well she plays herself at varying ages and it wasn't always clear which age she was at any given time. However, I did see the show during previews, and given the immense skill Cyanne showed in all the other aspects of her performance I think it's safe to attribute those kinks as previ... full review
