I saw this show twice and I'll try to go again. It's brilliantly acted and solidly built. Orwell is musical and Larry Cedar makes the language leap to life in an arresting performance that brought me on a dark journey into dystopia, with disturbing resemblances to today's United States. Captivating.... full review

Larry Cedar paints a vivid picture of Orwell's various Dystopias in this absolutely riveting one-man show. Simultaneously chilling and heartbreaking, "Orwellian" makes me want to go back and rediscover "Animal Farm" and "1984" all over again. ... full review

Wow. I have known Larry to be a terrific actor, but seeing him in this play was amazing. Larry virtually disappears into his characters as he weaves together excerpts and interpretations from a variety of Orwell's works. His accents are flawless, the transitions seamless, and the performance is absolutely unforgettable. In a short hour, Larry captures the essence of Orwell, and shows us how his timeless writings are even more applicable in our own contemporary doom. This play, undoubtedly establishes Larry as a master story teller, and an incredible actor worthy of praise and recognition. Big Brother is watching, so....DON'T MISS THIS PLAY! ... full review

Mesmerizing. Larry Cedar's transformations from one character to another were seamless. Amazing use of language and simple but effective staging, made the characters and situations, come to life. Orwell's words artistically handled, by a wonderful actor. Thanks for an enthralling evening of theatre.... full review

Larry Cedar is an actor. There are many people who 'wish' to be actors. And those people should see Larry perform and if they aren't ready for his level of commitment to the craft then they should pack their bags and go back to Idaho. Larry Cedar was a genius in this show and if you missed it, you missed out on inspiration. Note, thank you for putting this on. ... full review
