Vanessa, a transgender adoption counselor, comes to work one day and finds out she’s about to meet with a family who’s looking for Vance, the son they gave away at birth. What they don’t know? Vanessa IS Vance.
Both Vanessa and her family try to figure out how to best process the new information presented to them. But what the family doesn’t know is Vanessa has another secret or two that she’s hiding from them; and what they both don’t know is there’s a dark, mysterious presence looming closely.
In the face of possible doom, Vanessa must harness her inner strength to save herself and her newfound family.
