Shelley Cooper is one of the best performers I've seen in my career as an actor. She's grounded, deep and incredibly talented. But when she sings, oh man, when she sings, her eyes become a screen through which you can observe and enjoy her beautiful and sophisticated soul. Does it make sense? In my head it does.. Oh my God. This solo performance is incredible. Kevin' s intensity and powerful physicality left me speechless. I adored the style, the choice of words, the poems, the staging...I loved everything. I desired to be a mother and having Kevin, this talented, sensitive beautiful creature as my child. I would have been blessed. It's a must see.
