Of course Abby is one of a kind, but if I had to describe her, I'd say it reminded me a lot of the manic energy that Gilda Radner used to do in those sketches where she was a little girl playing in her room. It's almost like a kid's show for adults -- something I haven't seen since the Pee Wee Herman Show (the HBO pre-Pee Wee's Playhouse show for adults) from the 1980s. What a wonderful show! Grayson takes us through some kind of dark, kinda scary times, but always does it with an amazing attitude and great wit that kept us all engaged throughout. She has that homespun girl-next-door quality that makes you instantly fall for her and root for her. Also, she uses puppets in a very unconventional way that is perfect for both the Fringe and her storytelling technique. Combined Artform's Pick of the Fringe

So great to be a part of this! For anyone who wants to see a sampling of what the Fringe has to offer definitely check out this showcase (which changes weekly). I'm definitely going to check out some other acts I was exposed to (Such as the Bobby Darren one) and hope our endeavor, Alien vs. Musical got a little exposure as well!
