This is a great show -- the cast is amazing. Even if you've only seen a couple of episodes of "Who's the Boss?" it's apparent even before the actors are addressed onstage who they're playing -- Damien Luvara's Tony Danza and Summer Shirey's Judith Light especially stand out. Damien's due in part to his uncanny resemblance to Danza (as well as his spot-on characterization) and Shirey has managed to capture so many of the little acting tics and mannerisms that I wasn't even aware that Judith Light ... full review

Of course Abby is one of a kind, but if I had to describe her, I'd say it reminded me a lot of the manic energy that Gilda Radner used to do in those sketches where she was a little girl playing in her room. It's almost like a kid's show for adults -- something I haven't seen since the Pee Wee Herman Show (the HBO pre-Pee Wee's Playhouse show for adults) from the 1980s. What a wonderful show! Grayson takes us through some kind of dark, kinda scary times, but always does it with an amazing attitude and great wit that kept us all engaged throughout. She has that homespun girl-next-door quality that makes you instantly fall for her and root for her. Also, she uses puppets in a very unconventional way that is perfect for both the Fringe and her storytelling technique. So great to be a part of this! For anyone who wants to see a sampling of what the Fringe has to offer definitely check out this showcase (which changes weekly). I'm definitely going to check out some other acts I was exposed to (Such as the Bobby Darren one) and hope our endeavor, Alien vs. Musical got a little exposure as well! I'm so happy I went to this show! I've known Abby for a few years now and I knew how funny and interesting she was in person, but was FLOORED by how funny and interesting her one-woman show was! A must see!... full review
