Meet Eric White, our director. He made his directorial debut at last year’s Hollywood Fringe Festival with Pagliaccis by Harim Sanchez at the Actor’s Company (Winner of Encore Producers Award). Fresh Meat is having a great time working with him. Maybe we’ll win an award too!

He is a recent graduate of California State University, Northridge with a B.A. in Theatre. While at CSUN he co-directed Angels in America Part 1 and a workshop production of The Object by Bruce Millstein. As an actor he appeared in CSUN’s productions Ubu Roi, Arcadia, Tea Party & Idiot’s Delight (Irene Ryan Nomination), Incorruptible (LAPC) & Parade (GPAC).

Eric also stage manages, having just finished working with Ovation winning Actor’s Co-op on their production of A Man for All Seasons. Other stage management credits include Assassins, Lion King (CSUN) and The Richard Nixon Sex Tapes (Stephanie Feury Studio).

He is currently collaborating with Rosa Sandoval of Fearless Movement on her new piece Home-Less. He is developing an experimental theater company The New Project which will focus on the marriage of classic theatrical convention and movement based pieces. They will begin work-shopping productions next year.
