This is a very well written and directed show. The sequence and length of scenes and songs result in a truly professional pace, which I find to be rare in new, original shows. I loved the cleverness of the whole thing, and the smart, comic writing that actually made me laugh every time it was supposed to. The performances are very good across the board. This show is full of fun surprises from the get-go. Well worth buying a ticket and seeing it. ... full review

Fun, heartbreaking, and full of life, this is a unique show at Fringe this year that is super fun, joyous, and a must-see this year--it's super rad, super dope, and hella great, that ain't no joke. Sorry, that was my attempt at a slant rhyme. But I'm not in the show--the rhymes are much better in the show.... full review

I'm so happy I got to catch this show! It's definitely one to add to your Fringe scheduled viewing. This fresh young cast does a tremendous job creating a full piece of musical theater from only themselves-- even accompaniment is provided from one dude on a mic in the corner, beatboxing. They deal with the usual tropes of divorce-- heartbreak, jealousy, even custody and alimony-- only since it's set in the 4th grade, it takes what's generally a pretty glum subject and makes it hilarious. I really loved the way they played with the conventions of both hip hop and relationships through the lens of these 9-10 year old characters, which also lends a certain sweetness to it-- though don't be fooled, you'll definitely hear some f-bombs dropped (th... full review
