Ej Brown

Grew up in a rural suburban town called Hanover, PA. I was heavily involved with community theatre and volunteered many hours with non-profits such as the Gettysburg Community Theatre, the Eichelberger Performing Arts Center, and the School of Music and Dance. By high school, I found some success as a local stand-up comedian in Baltimore and even had an opportunity to perform at the legendary Baltimore Comedy Factory. I graduated from Point Park University, where he received a Bachelor’s in Cinema Production. Shortly afterward I moved to Los Angeles I launched the political art campaign, Perception of Complexion, which propelled me into the Fine Arts world. My pieces have since been featured with Art Hearts Fashion for LA Fashion Week (TWICE), in association with the Sixth Summit Gallery. His art has also been publicized by BE Modern Man, MTV.com, Huffington Post, and many other social media platforms. During my process, I continuously look for any avenues that’ll contribute to my growth as an artist.
