Kay Franco is a special effects artist who has always had a passion for the gory. They have spent 6 years working in the film industry and are excited to have the opportunity to be in the theater with Heart Held at Knife Point. They have worked on productions such as the Netflix special Griselda & the TV series This is Us. When not creating bloody messes, Kay works as a professional dog trainer by day and is a loving bird parent by night
