Sheri D. Bradford is a Los Angeles-based writer, producer, and performer whose writing focuses on family, the south, and finding the intersection of comedy and drama in the everyday absurdities of life. Sheri’s original pilot, HIGH COTTON (AKA CAMERONTOWN) won her the 2022 Opportunity Agenda Culture & Narrative Fellowship. The year prior, the same project won Sheri a slot in the Yes And… Laughter Lab competition, a competitive program that lifts diverse writers and performers creating new comedy about topics that matter. In 2018, Sheri became a Film Independent Project Involve Fellow, and the short she produced for the program, MASCULINE/MASCULINE, premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Los Angeles Film Festival and Atlanta Film Festival. That year, Sheri also earned the 21st Century Fox Global Inclusion Fellowship. 

 

Sheri has also worked as a Production Manager on Netflix’s DEEPA AND ANOOP and BARBIE: A TOUCH OF MAGIC, a Production Coordinator on DreamWorks’ ARCHIBALD’S NEXT BIG THING and THE ADVENTURES OF PUSS IN BOOTS, a Producer’s Assistant on films such as Summit Entertainment’s ENDER’S GAME,  and as a Showrunner’s Assistant on TV series such as AMC’s LOW WINTER SUN. She currently is a writer for the BARBIE VLOGGER YouTube series, which has 11 million subscribers. Bradford is a graduate of Emerson College and continues to explore new ways to create and develop art to share with the world.
