Morgan O'Sullivan (they/them & he/him)

Actor

I’m a Los Angeles based Actor, Director, and Writer whose work is heavily intertwined with the mission to spiritually, emotionally and mentally heal our culture.

I’m a graduate of The Governor’s School for the Arts in Norfolk, V.A., Department of Theatre where I received scholarships and awards that took me to The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City. After leaving The Academy with a degree in Advanced Acting & the Charles Jehlinger Award for best actor/student that most exemplified the Academy’s mission, I went on to work with The Pearl Theatre Company, The Amoralists Theatre Company, Project Theatre and so many more.

After a decade of experience working as an actor, director and producing artist in New York City’s Off-Broadway community, I became one of two founders of Red Seed Films, a production company dedicated to telling raw, vulnerable stories that center topics like gender identity, trauma and recovery through radical empathy.

My dream is to create radically safe-spaces for necessary conversations about gender, sexuality, mental and emotional health, specifically in relation to the transgender experience, and to continue to decolonize the theatre and film world in order to tell the most authentic stories possible.
