Though there’s more to it than that, the developer’s first game Tour de Pizza can be considered a spiritual successor to the Wario Land series. Its 2D platforming is so fast that it can compete with even the fastest Sonic games. fans of Ren and Stimpy from 1990s Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. It’s also ridiculously filled with hidden areas and additional challenges. Then there’s the varied music, which masterfully reflects the distinct themes and emotions of every level, especially the tense main theme that appears at the end of each level when you have to rush back to your destination. initially to avoid being killed by demons.the emote resembles pizza.Pizza Tower is one of the most innovative 2D platformers I’ve played in a long time, in addition to being an exhilarating thrill from the start to the end.
What I didn't like
As for the story, pizza tower keeps things simple: In the game, you play as Peppino Spaghetti, the lucky owner of Peppino Pizza, who finds himself racing against time to scale the nearby Pizza Tower in trying to save the world. A giant pizza fell from the sky. Destroy his shop with lasers. While the artwork is intended to be low-end and appears to be drawn with Microsoft Paint, it all works together to give Pizza Tower a perfect look. Different just like him. Rushing through enemy lines, Peppino transforms from a frightened wreck into a maniac, displaying one of the funniest expressive personalities I’ve ever seen. often drawn outside the model for humorous effect.
My overall impression
The 2023 Pizza Tower platform game is made by independent developer Tour De Pizza. The game revolves around Peppino Spaghetti, a pizza chef who must climb a tower to save his restaurant from collapsing.
