What I liked
It goes to places that are never forecasted nor expected, yet there are hints along the way that cause you to speculate. Then you find out it not what you think. That specifically kept me on my toes. The lump in my throat more than once caught me by surprise.
Drew was always in command, which seems like it would be a given in a one man show, but plenty of times I’ve experienced the opposite in this genre. Funny, charismatic and charming throughout.
What I didn't like
In the spirit of being balanced I guess I’d say the lighting was difficult to understand, but in the moment I just chalk that up to the probable limited resources of the venue. No one’s fault, but just an observation.
My overall impression
What a great idea and brilliant execution. So very provocative and made me ponder and laugh, all at the same time. Who could ask for more than that?
