I liked how cohesive the actual plot and writing was. Every line the characters spoke made sense for their character, and I liked how the plot of the play was introduced through the foreshadowing in an email at the beginning of the play. The set was also simple but utilized really well— I forgot that it was mostly just two desks and was able to immerse and imagine myself in Katerina and Sydney’s world through their usage of space on stage.
What I didn't like
I think some of the comedy came across a little niche/high brow, appealing more to theories and ideas from a younger academic crowd than necessarily being relatable through experience.
My overall impression
It was an entertaining show to watch and I loved the overall concept.
