What I liked
I particularly enjoyed the comedy intertwined with both Chris Grace and the technical elements. The costumes, the props, the voice overs, the WIGS! All of it worked seamlessly together like the technical aspects were a character of their own.
What I didn't like
It could be a little tighter by removing some of the dead space between bits. But I saw this on a preview night! It is only going to improve from this point onward.
My overall impression
Amazingly hilarious. Chris Grace’s show was a wonderfully written one-man that was both funny and thoughtful. I was so pleased by the spontaneity and the wit. It is an impressive feat of itself to create a well-composed one-man show, and even harder to write poignant comedy. There was even a call to action at the finale. A must-see for anyone who is a fan of standup and absurdity! 5 stars!
