The writing was really good, as well as ALL the actors. It was heartening to see a play with an ensemble without a single weak link or “oo- not great casting there!” actor. I felt like they truly were a real, authentic friend group. It also was well directed, very funny, and I found the subject matter riveting. It’s rare you see a play that’s about a the dynamics and issues in a friend group— and I mean real issues, not like “Friends” issues. And I dug the audience participation bit, which in most cases I usually don’t.
