BUGS!

What I liked

The writing was clever and the actors really committed to their roles. I especially loved the Benny Hill chase scene parodies with a giant piece of dung being rolled around.. The sketch of the queen bee giving birth to eggs and naming every egg differently was a true throwback to Monty Python silly word gymnastics combined with ridiculous physical comedy.

What I didn't like

While there is always room for improvement, the spirit of this show thrived on the low to no budget production values. They accomplished a lot with the use of simple but comical costumes and a few fun parody musical numbers. Every actor had moments to shine.

My overall impression

Bugs! embodies what the fringe is all about; experimental, great ensemble work, satirical and fun.
