What I liked
I loved Megs transition from character to narrator. I loved here sincerity and how she played off the audience.
What I didn't like
I thought some of the location and lighting transitions could have been smoothed over and motivated a bit better. An intro song and a few instrumental transitional songs might have been cool!
My overall impression
The show was incredibly heart felt and tender. I laughed, I cried, and I felt like I discovered more about myself watching Meg Lin being so honest and transparent about her experience as a Chinese American. This is what theatre is all about!
