The performances stand out the most. “Ladies pretend to be dudes” could be very superficial, but the talented cast brings emotional depth, comedic nuance, and physical specificity that elevate the show to another league beyond sketch comedy. Creative writing and subtle direction support the phenomenal ensemble.
What I didn't like
While I do have a partial hearing disability, the large room swallowed a bit of dialogue here and there, and I was worried I might have missed some zingers.
My overall impression
An elegantly simple idea, well executed: hilarious, heartfelt, and charming.
