What I liked

All the actors stayed committed to the bit the entire time, and clearly were having a ball. Most of the time, the jokes were on point, and I enjoyed the weird dark undercurrent that permeated the play. But even with that, I couldn’t help but be sucked into the endless positivity. By the end of the play, I just wanted those dudes to be happy forever.

What I didn't like

I would have like to see a little more of that dark side the show clearly has raise its head a little more to help juxtapose the immense positivity a bit. That would probably help a bit, because as funny as the main-throughline joke is in this show, it goes on just a tad too long. Nothing detrimental, but it could be refined just a tad.

My overall impression

This amount of unfiltered masculine optimism by a bunch of guys was heartwarming, and a tad unsettling. But that clearly was by design. You’ll laugh, gasp, and maybe, just for a second, regain your faith in humanity. I sure was entertained, and I’m sure you’ll be too.
