What I liked

I loved how it showed the many ways people handled grief and uncertainty during that time. And how ultimately, those same things can lead us to uncover something greater within ourselves. Tragedy has a way of bringing what really matters into the forefront of our minds and I believe this play captured that well.

What I didn't like

In the beginning it was difficult to hear the actors (based on where you were sitting). I peg this more to stage jitters than anything. After the first few minutes I could hear them clearly

My overall impression

I really enjoyed the show and the array of actors and talents. I was in elementary school when 9/11 occurred and don’t remember (nor could I fully comprehend) the depth and range of emotions people felt. Still Awake did an EXCELLENT job capturing and displaying those emotions. There were moments of joy and triumph as well as grief and despair (and everything in between). The actors had great chemistry too. Loved it from start to finish!!
