What I liked
The 11 o’clock or in this case 12 o’clock zombie musical number is the stand out. The song is good and the choreography even better. Presumably the choreographer (or lead dancer) who leads the tap section is fabulous! Brava! Also, liked the actress playing the lead daughter character.
What I didn't like
The book drags a bit. Turn some of those ballads into uptempos, strengthen the scene work and find more opportunity to feature the zombies in song and dance. Tighten up the vocals for Mother. Fix the ending too. It did not quite land, as is.
My overall impression
The show would benefit from more group musical numbers with choreography.
