The performances were spectacular. The zomsomble was terrific, and all of the named characters were hilariously outstanding. The musical did a terrific job of not taking itself too seriously amongst the craziness, keeping the audience smiling and laughing, but engaged with emotional plot points and poignant reminders of the value of life and family throughout.
What I didn't like
Overall, I really enjoyed the play. I believe the actors delivered a spectacular performance. Credit to the writers and producers for bringing this wonderful piece of joy to (undead) life!
My overall impression
A fun, lighthearted and touching play that reminds us of the value of being connected with your loved ones. The play is well-paced with plenty of comedy mixed with emotionally evocative moments. The show leaves a smile on the face with the appetite satiated… and not just for flesh! Excuse the zombie pun.
