Act 1

Marshall Dunn is a Hollywood Film Executive, and drug dealer and a total scumbag! He is a womanizer, a cokehead, and an all around jackass with no morals. He has never been married, but love means nothing to him (only sex). In the post-apocalyptic world, he is ruthless, greedy, and cutthroat. The films that he produces and writes are very dark and gothic (about vampires, witches, etc.) and are well liked by critics and general audiences. Then, one day, his life all goes downhill.

A money laundering deal between Marshall and the Russian Mafia goes terribly wrong and a contract is put out on Marshall’s head. Marshall, knowing that he could be discovered and killed any moment, decides to take his money, clothes, and a few items of sentimental value and head for Vegas, where he will live it up in style. He knows that there is no way he could escape his fate, but he decides that if he is to leave his unhappy life, he should at least experience personal happiness on the way out.

Act 2

The Las Vegas strip is where we lay our scene, and Kelsey, a vampire posing as a

prostitute, stalks the streets. Kelsey was turned into vampire during the 60’ s in San

Francisco, but it was not her choice. She was aspiring to become an actress and a singer, but her life was shattered when she was attacked and vampirized by a poetic/songwriter vampire that she had fallen in love with. After her maker, who became angered by Kelsey’s contempt for her new life, left her for another and more willing girl, she left San Francisco to escape from his world and find a new life as a vampire elsewhere. Her hatred for infidelity and womanizing men drove her to Las Vegas. There she became a prostitute that fed upon womanizers and men that were cheating on their significant others.

One night, Marshall picks her up in his rented limo cruising the strip. Kelsey, seeing Marshall as a good potential victim, agrees to go with him. They travel around Vegas together, and eventually they end up back at Marshall’s hotel room. To Kelsey’s surprise, Marshall doesn’t want to have sex with her. Instead, he wants to cuddle with her on his bed while sipping drinks and talking. For some reason, she feels something that she hasn’t felt in a long time. Marshall falls asleep, and Kelsey is just about to bite him and drink his blood, when something keeps her from going any further. She can’t bring herself to do it. She leaves as Marshall sleeps before the sunrises without collecting her fee from him.

The next morning, Marshall is a total wreck. He can’t get Kelsey out of his head.

He hunts the streets for her, but to no avail. It feels strange to him, and he doesn’t want to admit it to himself, but he feels something for her that he has never felt for anyone before. Finally he locates her walking the streets at night. He watches her from her car pick up a crooked looking man and follows them back to her artistically gothic apartment. Marshall is able to break in and, to his horror, discovers Kelsey drinking the blood of her new victim. She detects Marshall in the room and quickly snaps the neck of her victim and goes after Marshall. After chasing him around the house, she pins him down and is about to kill him when Marshall suddenly begs Kelsey to make him a vampire so he can escape from the horrors of the mortal world and be her companion. Kelsey, knowing the pains of living an immortal life as a killer, refuses, and unable to hurt a man she has come to care for, lets him go and vanishes.

Act 3

Marshall, fearing for his life after what he has seen, returns to his hotel to pack and flee Vegas, thinking that there is just maybe a chance he could survive on the run. He sees the chance that Kelsey gave him to live as a sign that this could be the right thing to do.

Kelsey, hiding in the shadows of the Vegas streets, contemplates her actions. She knows that it would be wrong to tum Marshall into a vampire, but at the same time, she can’t deny the fact that she has fallen for him. She then decides to see him one last time and heads out for his hotel room.

When she arrives, she finds that the Russian mobsters caught up with Marshall and have mortally wounded him in a murder attempt. In a rage, Kelsey, immune to the bullets, kills all of the hit men. She finds Marshall lying on the floor an inch away from death. Marshall pleads with her to save him from death so they could be together. Kelsey then grants him this wish.
