A recently laid off finance executive negotiates with a hapless elderly couple to rent a spare bedroom in their dingy suburban home. Before the couple knows it, he’s turned their whole world upside down.
Tenant is a unique look at the selfish, shark-like behavior that led to the collapse of the global banking system — complete with the most interesting of characters. Based on the short play by Joshua Fardon that premiered in 2008 in Los Angeles.
