The gals are wonderful and with the addition of another week of rehearsals will present this imaginative production in its best light. The guys helped out but the show is about the women, and the star, Katherine King, in finding out about her dad, a Satyr.
What I didn't like
More rehearsals will eliminate the miss steps and get the show running more smoothly. I would add something at the beginning to explain that the 1st scene is a TV show (like “The Bachelor”). The pianist (seems to always be the case) had too much volume for the theatre – and the songs.
My overall impression
I attended the “Preview” and found it needed more rehearsals. Getting 14 people co-ordinated in the short rehearsal time allowed for a Fringe show is obviously way too trying. Enjoyed the opening number and if you are into Greek myths, seems like a fun show.
