What I liked

Theater at its best. Tight! Rich in material, polished, outstanding ensemble work, strong and fearless cast, and a story woven and communicated that punched and scratched and coaxed and seduced and illuminated on so many levels. Engaging is an understatement. Reminded me of some of the great theater that revolutionized the art form: the work of Richard Schechner and Peter Brook. Very textured.

What I didn't like

The percussion score was a little repetitive at times; would’ve liked to see other time frames used to break up rhythmic monotony at times, too much 4/4 disco beat.
But in general, all of the musicians served the actors and the action very conscientiously, and there was a wonderful diversity in sound and instrumentation.

My overall impression

Wow. One of the best Fringe shows I’ve ever seen.
