This show is really a showcase for Jim’s talents. He’s clearly a gifted actor and writer. I enjoyed the simple use of otherwise ridiculous sound effects to a effective measure.
What I didn't like
The only thing that bothered me had nothing to do with the performers themselves. I’m not sure if it was a staff or audience member who was standing behind me in the aisle for the second half of the show, but being that the action on stage was quite intense the presence of someone standing behind me really freaked me out in a way that it wouldn’t normally. I’m not sure if there was a production reason for this or not but I would get rid of it if possible. I kept looking over my shoulder.
My overall impression
It’s sort of like a “Twilight Zone” episode about political correctness.
