Her openness, and her ability to be so insanely genuine to who she truly is, even through the parts of her story that seemed incredibly hard to endure.
What I didn't like
That she won’t promise to put it on again, or a sequel, next year! We want more!
My overall impression
In short: incredible. Candid, sweet, yet darkly funny and brutally honest, SEALED manages to be both revealing and self-effacing. Even as someone already impressed by Jane’s work ethic and talent, I still found myself blown away by her ability to combine humor with heartbreak; to do so alone on a stage with only her life as her material makes it all the more remarkable. An enlightening look at love, growth, and womanhood, SEALED successfully captures the oppressed, curious spirit of all women through the singular story of one very brave soul. Be prepared to laugh, but also to cry in all the most relieving ways.
